Distill - A Local Bar - Inspirada

Denny is by far the best bartender and server! He is quick, friendly and truly cares about his customers. After work, I love to stop by at 5pm and wiiind down a bit....Glad he is working during the busiest HAPPY HOUR. The other bartenders can be hit and miss on outstanding service. Distill is great! Keep it up Rachel!!

Today the long awaited grand opening of the Inspirada location pealed open its doors. As one can image the parking lot was packed with cars. This location sits adjacent to the future site of the upcoming casino slated for construction in the coming years. This site like the other (9) in Nevada offers a fun filled atmosphere where you’ll enjoy draft beers, cocktails and all the classic bar foods you’ve come to know and love. The diverse menu offers other items that you might not find at similar establishments but rather in restaurants. Some of these dishes include appetizers like, Maryland Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, Ahi Poke Stack, Stuffed Sourdough Cracked Bread with Fresh Spinach Cheese Dip and entrees such as, Blackened Cowboy Ribeye, Sesame Crusted Atlantic Salmon and Beer Battered Fish & Chips. And for you burger lovers there’s a vast selection from the classics to a build your own burger. There are also several soups and salads available. I ordered the Ahi Poke Stack, BBQ Pork Belly Burger and the Chicken Caesar Salad. I figured with the crowds my order would take longer than normal. So, I wasn’t expecting fast service. However, What was impressive and a bit surprising was Rachel who was working behind the bar came over and provided me an update on my order. Her taking the time to do this without me asking demonstrated excellent customer service. Shortly, thereafter the food arrived. The burger was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The Caesar salad was fresh and tasted great as did the Ahi Poke. I highly recommend them. The dining area is spacious and can accommodate large groups. The tables are large and the decor blends in well. The large horseshoe style bar has TV’s allowing you to enjoy a meal while watching different sporting event. Live music is also played for your enjoyment. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. If the food and service remains at this level, I’m sure this will be a spot locals will want to frequent. My one suggestion would be to incorporate different genres of music to appeal to a wider demographics ie... Jazz, rock, reggae, Latin etc.... Overall, I enjoyed my dining experience and will definitely be back. I decided to return the next day for lunch and I must say, the food was very flavorful. The crab cakes and the chicken quesadilla were great. Our bartender Jewels did a good job. She was friendly and very personable. I’m seriously considering putting this spot into my rotation of go to places.

Lee was our bartender/server and she was amazing! Drinks were spot on and her level of attention and detail were much appreciated! We live close by and the food has certainly improved recently. I had Country Fried Steak and eggs and it was prepared perfectly. My girl had Chile Lime Salad (as recommended by Lee) and she absolutely loved it! We will be back again soon!

Caleb is a great bartender, very attentive and polite, he will go the extra mile to fix the mistakes of the kitchen late night. He's the only reason I considered coming back, used to order the nachos a lot every week, but stopped after a messed up order, the cook wouldn't accept responsibility, but Caleb stepped up and made it right. I've ordered a lot of food from many distill/remedy locations and tried pretty much 80% of their menu, the county fried sliders will be missed lol Atmosphere is better than remedys, probably due to age of building, but it's a decent place to get food and drinks.

I always love going to Distill. The food was superb as usual! I even tried dessert this time. The fried oreos were more than enough for my husband and I! Plus, it came with ice cream. 5 star service!

New favorite bar. Went there Halloween night and the place was packed. Even with it busy both lady bartenders were attentive and kind and fast with service and refills. Bar and lounge were super clean and well maintained. All around great experience.

I joined some coworkers there late. I didn't know what I wanted. The server suggested her favorite appetizer, which was very good. Some kind of tomato avocado combination with a sauce drizzle & tortilla chips. I'd recommend it.
